|
Erythroplasia of Queyrat is an uncommon form of carcinoma in situ involving the glans penis and adjacent mucosal structures. Treatment modalities of Erythroplasia of Queyrat vary widely and topical 5-fluorouracial treatment is very effective and
regarded as the choice of treatment. this article reports a case of erythroplasia of Queyrat involving the perimeatal region of the glans penis and identifies the difficulty of effectively treating erythroplasia of Queyrat which is adjacent to
the
urethral meatus with 5-fluorouracil and usefulness of electron beam irradiation therapy.
